The Back Story:

My approach to healthy lifestyles is about taking care of yourself in the best possible way, so that you can feel better and achieve more in your life.  I was interested in healthy lifestyle choices pretty much as long as I can remember.  As a young girl, I had what was labeled a “nervous stomach”.  This forced me to learn to get in tune with my body and learn what was good for me and what wasn’t.  I guess you could say that I had to discover how to become mindful before it was a recognized competency.  It has been one of the most valuable skills of a lifetime.

It has been a journey as I have spent the last 30 plus years, exploring how to stay well and healthy based on sound health practices that take into account my body’s specific needs. It has become much easier as I have learned to stay tuned in and my body gives me the messages and feedback I need to stay on track. And it is this internal wisdom that I know you can also cultivate.  It is so exciting and rewarding to see people really learn what works for them as they develop lifelong skills.

As you become more mindful, your actions become more aligned to support your personal wellness vision and goals. You discover the power within you and develop the tools you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life.

Take care of yourself, there is ONLY ONE YOU!
